Griggstown Chickens are only kept in a barn until they develop a healthy immune system to protect them from airborne diseases outside.  They are then pastured outside where they get plenty of fresh air and exercise. The farm houses a USDA processing plant which processes poultry five days a week. This translates into fresh and flavorful meat you can feel good feeding your family. This is a fresh frozen product.
