Lustre Fungicide (Carbendazim 25% + Flusilazole 12.5% SE) by Dhanuka is a broad spectrum dual systemic fungicide with preventive and curative action. It is used to manage fungal diseases in paddy, groundnut, chilli and apple crops. Dhanuka Lustre is effective against sheath blight, stem rot, early leaf spot, late leaf spot, powdery mildew, fruit rot, die back, alternaria blotch and premature leaf fall. Apply through foliar spray according to the crop and disease recommendation.

Mode of Entry: Dual systemic action

Mode of Action: Lustre combines two systemic fungicides, Carbendazim and Flusilazole, belonging to the benzimidazole and triazole groups. Carbendazim and Flusilazole are absorbed and translocated within the plant, providing systemic protection against fungal pathogens. The combination provides preventive and curative activity by restricting fungal growth and controlling different stages of fungal development.

Time of Application: Apply Lustre at any stage of crop growth when disease incidence is observed and is likely to cause economic loss.

For paddy, apply the first spray before or at the appearance of disease symptoms. A second spray may be applied after 12 to 15 days or as required.

Lustre Fungicide Dosage and Recommended Crops

Method of Application

Foliar Spray: Apply Lustre as a foliar spray using the crop specific dose and water volume given in the dosage table. Prepare the spray solution by adding the recommended quantity of Lustre to a small quantity of water and mix thoroughly. Add the remaining quantity of water with continuous stirring before application. Apply uniformly and ensure proper coverage of the crop canopy.

Best Time to Spray

Apply preferably during early morning or evening hours. Avoid spraying during rainy, windy and hot sunny conditions.

Compatibility, Safety and Storage

Tank Mix Compatibility

Lustre is compatible with commonly used fungicides and insecticides. It is advisable to check compatibility locally before tank mixing.

• Wear gloves, mask, full sleeve clothing and safety goggles while spraying.
• Do not spray on windy days to prevent spray drift.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling or applying the product.
• Wash hands, face and exposed skin thoroughly after spraying.

• Avoid direct contact with skin, eyes and clothing.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry and well ventilated place away from direct sunlight, food, feed, fertilizers and water sources. Keep the product in its original sealed container.
