Traditional tweed yarns are "woollen spun" and can feel a little inelastic in the hand. But Hamelton Tweed 1 is a soft and balanced "worsted spun" yarn that is a breeze to work with, so you can zoom along in your stockinette and zip through your rib stitches.

This yarn features soft and bouncy fibres interwined with a dash of multi-coloured viscose tweed "neps", to bring added texture and interest to your projects.
