Boned Out Chicken

Boned out is a culinary term for cutting the chicken into the 8 pieces.  Contrary to popular belief.   This does not mean that the chicken has been de-boned.  The bones are still in the eight pieces.  There are 2 french cut breasts, 2 legs, 2 wings, and 2 thighs.
